In order to make sure that your Nellie order arrives in time for Christmas, please make sure you have purchased your product online by Thursday 15th December 2011. For photo books this deadline is Monday 12th December.

Our products are sent by Royal Mail as a recorded delivery. The Royal Mail latest recommended posting date for pre-Chrstmas delivery on this service is Tuesday 20th December 2011. Nellie Store guarantees that any order purchased by the above specified dates will be posted before or on this deadline, however, we hold no responsibility for Royal Mail failing to meet it recommended delivery times.

Here at Nelliestore we want to eliminate the risk of lost parcels and lengthy delivery delays. That's why we have made the decision that we will only despatch our products using either a courier service or Royal Mail's recorded delivery. Not only is this more secure but it provides greater flexibility for you - our customer - to choose the service that works best for you.

Priority delivery options are still available.

Delivery costs are charged separately to general product costs.
