How do Nellie gift packs work?

Each of our gift packs contain a unique code number. The gift recipient simply logs onto www.nelliestore.co.uk and enters the code in to the redeem voucher section. Then depending on whether the gift pack was a mug, mouse mat, calendar or canvas print, the recipient will be entitled to the product that they have been bought. Then they use the quick, easy and fun product builder to make their product online. Once they place their order, we print it and post the finished item back to them, usually within 5 working days. The gift pack includes all UK postage and packaging, so the recipient does not have to make any online payment.
